Enter custom sales and inventory data

This article will show you where you can enter custom data, such as past inventory or sales information.

This action requires ‘Dealer Admin’ permission. Contact your dealer administrator if you need help.

Login and open your Reach Dashboard menu

At the bottom of your main menu, there is an option for “Enter Custom Data”. Select that to open the input form.

The custom data form allows input for both previous sales and previous inventory. Select the correct month and year for each entry. 13 separate entries can be included for each (sales and inventory) per form submission. Select “+ Add More Sales/Inventory Data” to enter multiple entries—or remove, if necessary. New data will be added by next day.

Re-entering custom data for the same data type and month/year will override any previous data.
