Activate your Reach account
This article will cover how to activate your Reach account to start using your Dashboard.
Check your email for a welcome email
Our customer support team will have created a login specifically for you and the dealership(s) you have access to. This login information will be sent to the email you provided us. Identify your username, you’ll need this for creating your password.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email in your inbox. If you don’t see this email within several minutes, please contact us.
Accept our terms agreement
Once you have your username name noted, click “Create Password & Login”. This will first take you to our Terms Agreement. Accept the terms to proceed to creating your password.
Create your password
Enter your username from the welcome email. You can also input the email you provided us in setting up your account. Enter either and click “Get New Password”. This will send the activation link to your email.
Possible Error: There is no account with that username or email address.
If you receive this error, please double-check that your username or email is correct. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
Activate your account
Check your email for a “Reach Automotive Password Reset” email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email in your inbox. If you don’t see this email within several minutes, please contact us. Once you open the email, click “Reset Password”. This will take you to a form to enter a password. Save your new password.
Login and view your Reach Dashboard
Once you enter and save your password, you can now login and view your Reach Dashboard.
