Change or reset my password
This article will go over how you can change or reset your Reach password.
Make sure you’re logged out of Reach
The easiest way to change your password is by sending yourself a password reset link from the login page. If you are already logged-in, please navigate to the user menu and select “Logout”.
Access the login page / password reset link
On the login page, select “Lost password? Reset password.” Enter your username or email address for your Reach account. Once submitted, you’ll receive a reset password email. It may take a few minutes to send, but please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Follow the prompts to update your password.
If you experience issues and are unable to update your password, please contact our support team for assistance.
Dealer Admins can also update passwords through the “Manage Users” page.
